(1) No Purchase necessary.
(2) Winner may only win once in a 30-day period for any contest produced on myYaletown & around in accordance with MYWEB COMMUNICATIONS.
(3) One winner per household.
(4) Winner has 30 days from the time the prize is available and/or the date of winning to make arrangements to receive.
(5) No substitution of prize. Prizes must be awarded as presented in promotion and/or contest.
(6) MYWEB COMMUNICATIONS reserve the right to substitute prize(s) only to a greater value.
(7) Employees, Immediate Family, Agents, Successors and assignees of MYWEB COMMUNICATIONS and advertising agencies, sponsor and promotional companies involved in contests shall be ineligible to participate in contests.
(8) All taxes, insurance, registration and fees apply to winner if necessary.
(9) All material submitted to MYWEB COMMUNICATIONS become sole property and shall not be returned.
(10) If a minor, less than 19 years of age, wins a trip or cash the prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian. All provincial laws apply.
(11) Entrance in contest and acceptance of prize must grant MYWEB COMMUNICATIONS exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voice-likeness in connection with promotions and contests and must waive any claims to remuneration for such use.
(12) If contest is administered all or in part over the internet, MYWEB COMMUNICATIONS is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable miscommunications, failed servers, interrupted telephone or computer transmissions, technical failure, jumbled or scrambled transmissions of any kind whether human, mechanical or technical.
(13) Persons found tampering with any aspect of promotion or contest will result in immediate disqualification.
(14) MYWEB COMMUNICATIONS are not responsible for any ineligible or entries lost or mutilated in the mail or via the internet.
(15) Rules of every contest can be obtained at any time from MYWEB COMMUNICATIONS.
(16) The names of prize winners can be obtained at any time from MYWEB COMMUNICATIONS up to a 30 day period after the promotion or contest closes.
(17) Government standard rules and laws apply accordingly to where promotion or contest is taking place.
(18) Contest is void were prohibited by law.
